The GEM Ambulance integrates industry-leading emergency medical equipment from QTAC® EMS and MTECH Inc., providing paramedics and EMTs with professional-grade skids in a compact electric ambulance. Developed in partnership with QTAC®, a leader in emergency response equipment for UTVs and trucks, the skids deliver superior performance compared to traditional ambulance equipment or UTV medical kits.

The GEM Ambulance features the Abrams RugEye 10X Series mini light bar with a default flash pattern optimized for the vehicle’s speed and size. The emergency lighting system is SAE Class 1 compliant, offers 360-degree coverage and provides waterproof protection for all weather conditions.
The GEM Ambulance includes the Abrams PA and siren system with a digital amplifier for clear, high-quality audio. The Logic Series 100W siren outputs up to 124 decibels with five selectable siren tones. The backlit handheld control for microphone and siren is within easy reach of both driver and passenger.
The EMS-F and EMS-R skids support stokes baskets and longboards, while the EMS-RG accommodates standard gurneys with its Gurney Mount COT system. All skids are designed for secure patient transport in emergency situations.
The factory-integrated mounting system allows for easy skid removal by unbolting from four mounting positions. The lightweight skids can be lifted by two people in minutes, providing access for battery service or converting the eL XD vehicle bed for other utility purposes.
The GEM Ambulance includes storage in the recessed bed accessible through the rear tailgate, plus in-cab storage for smaller medical items. The EMS-R model features an additional roll-out drawer storage located below the stokes basket mounting position.
An integrated IV pole is available on the EMS-R model by request. Some customers prefer to install their own IV systems directly into the skid configuration.
The complete GEM Ambulance including emergency lights, PA system and siren carries a two-year warranty from registration date, matching all GEM vehicle warranties.
